Early Start is a statewide system of early intervention services for families who have infants and
toddlers, from birth to 36 months of age with disabilities or at risk of having disabilities.
Parents have dreams for their children. When a disability is identified these dreams may be shattered
and families grieve the loss of those dreams.
As parents of children with special needs, we know you need support. We know because we've been
there. Parent-to-parent support is one of the most important components of California's Early
Start Program.
We also provide:
