The Special Needs Project is a program funded by the Sutter County Children and Families Commission. It provides services to
families of children between the ages of zero and six. Our goal is to enhance school readiness of special needs children by
providing their families with support and education.
For families who speak Spanish, Hmong, and/or Punjabi, we have interpreter services and outreach
available.
