| FEC(Family Empowerment Project) is a extension to Family SOUP to encourage parents to be advocates for their children ages 3-22 years old. |
| Able Riders is a 4-H Community Club sponsored by FamilySOUP (formerly Sutter County Parent Network). This program has been serving children with disabilities since 1999. |
| Funded by Sutter County Children and Families Commission, this program provides services to families of children with special needs ages 0-5 years old. |
| This program provides Family Resource Center/Network services for children ages 0-3 years old. |

Be a Volunteer
Family SOUP is a non-profit organization directed and run by parent volunteers and dedicated community
members. Volunteer support makes it possible for the Family SOUP to be the most innovative and effective
parent organization for children with special needs since 1992. Become a volunteer in any one of our programs
or ask about Board of Directors membership. We always can use extra help around the office stuffing
envelopes, assembling outreach packets, folding newsletters and brochures, etc! Call Us Now--751-1925.
