Final Day to Apply to be a Parent Mentor
Family SOUP is looking for parents of children with an IEP to provide peer-to-peer parent support and empowerment for families navigating the special education system. Volunteer parents will receive training in special education and stipends will be available.
Parent Mentors Must:
Have a child with an IEP and reside in Sutter County.
Have the ability to collect data and share with supervisor.
Have the experience of at least one transition IEP.
Have the ability to complete pre/post assessments and surveys for each mentee.
