TEEM-G Budgeting Fundamentals Class
Join us for a Budgeting Life Skills Class, which will meet monthly for a 4-session class. Teens will learn the basics of budgeting, goal setting, needs vs wants, job seeking, and paying bills in a fun and interactive class designed to build friendships and life skills.
For Teens ages 12-17 with Special Needs in Yuba, Sutter and Colusa Counties.
Teens who attend will receive a gift card to Millennium for use during the class. The gift card will be used to help teens make goals about what games/ attractions they want to pay for, make a budget, track expenses and set a budget timeline.
Due to the interactive nature and limited space in the class we are asking that participants commit to attending at least 3 out of the 4 scheduled sessions:
- Oct 5th Budgeting Basics
- Oct 19 Setting Goals & Making Choices
- Nov 16 Stretching Dollars with Employment and Community Resources
- Dec 21 Interest/Paying Bills
All sessions will be held at Millennium in Yuba City 4:30-5:30 pm

5 de octubre- Aspectos básicos del presupuesto
19 de octubre- Fijar objetivos y tomar decisiones
16 de noviembre- Uso del dinero a través del empleo y los recursos comunitarios
21 de diciembre- Intereses y pago de facturas
Cada tercer jueves del mes de las
4:30 a las 5:30 pm

Debido a que el espacio es limitado, pedimos que los participantes se comprometan a asistir por lo menos a 3 sesiones.
Cada adolescente que asista recibirá una tarjeta de regalo a Millennium para nuestro
proyecto de presupuesto de la vida real.
Ellos usaran esto para aprender como planear por adelantado, presupuestar y llevar la cuenta de los gastos de juegos/actividades.
